*The technician will provide a quote to service your system and this may be based on amount of stations that are active with termites and or the location of the TermFort™ System.

The baiting process timeframe can vary from 4 to 16 weeks depending on environmental factors that may include temperature, weather conditions and the species or size of the colony. Rest assured, once termites are intercepted and being treated the risk to your property has lowered.

It is strongly advised if termites are identified that you ask the licensed termite technician to carry out a visual inspection of the structure whilst he or her is onsite. These inspections by licensed professionals should form part of an annual property maintenance plan.

*TermFort does not provide warranty or guarantee for the installation, management or baiting process carried out by a third party to any component of the system. The TermFort™ system is installed and managed by a third party at their own will. Termite management should always be undertaken by a licensed and fully qualified termite and timber pest technician as per state of issue in accordance with the current standards issued by state or territory.

After Elimination & Maintenance

Once the termite baiting has finished and the technician has completed the process the stations should be cleaned out. Remove any dirt and remaining timber and install new timber into the stations. The timber interceptors should be replaced every 6 to but not longer than 12 months.

Timber interceptors that have become too mouldy, damp or rotten are not as effective. Timber replacements can be purchased online at www.termfort.com.au

In addition ants, snails and other insects should not be present in the stations, This can be managed also by the technician servicing your stations. Warning: Do not apply any form of insecticide into or around the stations this may render the stations ineffective.
